Lanzhou Shifogou National Forest Park is a national 4A-level tourist attraction located in the southern Aganlin area of Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, about 16 kilometers from the urban area. It covers a total area of 6,376 hectares, with an elevation ranging from 1,950 meters to 3,124 meters. The forest coverage rate exceeds 90%, making it a "natural oxygen bar" near Lanzhou that integrates natural ecology, historical culture, and leisure experience.

The park is named after the Shifo Cave discovered in the early Qing Dynasty, which contains stone Buddha statues on its walls. The Shifo Temple was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty (later destroyed twice), reflecting its profound historical heritage. Located on the Qilian Mountain foothills, the terrain features overlapping peaks and deep ravines. The highest peak, Shuangzui Mountain, stands at 3,124 meters. The mountains are covered with oak forests, poplar forests, birch forests, and other vegetation. The area produces over 200 kinds of medicinal herbs such as Polyporus and Ophiopogon, and is home to nationally protected animals like the golden pheasant, stone marten, and musk deer, boasting rich ecological resources.
