Tong Water Basin, change sleeping place for 1 night

"Ang Nam Tong" is another peaceful corner in the middle of nature in Phueang. It is one of the destinations for those who want to relax their mind and body amidst the peaceful nature and cool air.
This time, we tried traveling by public transportation in Laos. After passing through immigration, we walked to get on a bus to get off at the morning market. Then, we took a bus from the morning market to the northern bus station.
When we arrived at the northern bus station, we bought a van ticket to Phueang. We told the driver that we were going to Ang Nam Tong. He would drop us off there. However, the roads there might be rough.

If traveling by public transportation, one thing you have to allow for is time. We can't estimate the time exactly. However, the charm of traveling by public transportation is that we get to see and meet many different people.

There is a cafe with a nice atmosphere where you can sit and sip coffee while enjoying the view. There are many types of accommodations to choose from, whether you come with friends, a lover, or family. There is also a boating activity where you can experience nature up close.

The day we went, there was a light rain, which made the air fresh and cool. When night fell, it was quiet and perfect for a real relaxation. It was like escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.

If anyone is looking for a place to change the atmosphere and chill, "Ang Nam Tong" is the answer that you should try to experience for yourself at least once.
