"Pha Neng Ye" is a scenic viewpoint in Xaisomboun. It's another must-see attraction when you're in Xaisomboun. The climb up the cliff is approximately 250 meters. The climb isn't too difficult, but there are steps to climb along the way. Some sections are sharp and require caution when climbing. Once you reach the top, there's a pavilion where you can sit and rest, and the view is sure to refresh. There's also a scenic viewpoint for taking beautiful photos. The 360-degree view of Xaisomboun is stunning, especially during winter when the mist lingers, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. The climb takes about 20 minutes and costs 10,000 kip per person.
