A stylish cafe in a luxury hotel

The other day, I ordered a mango cake at "The Deli" in Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu! When you enter the store, you will be greeted by freshly baked bread and a sweet aroma, which will make you want to try more than one, but this time I chose the mango cake.

The cake looks gorgeous, and the vivid color of the mango will whet your appetite. When you take a bite, the sponge cake is fluffy and light, and the mango cream spreads in your mouth, giving it a luxurious taste as if you are eating fresh mango. It is not too sweet, and you can really feel the fruity flavor of the mango. There is also plenty of mango pulp, which adds an accent to the texture, and every bite was a very happy moment.

The mango cake at "The Deli" has a light and refreshing taste, making it the perfect dessert for summer. You can enjoy it slowly in the calm atmosphere of the store, and next time I would like to try other fruit cakes!

This is a dish that I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves mangoes!
