Mactan-Cebu International Airport

I recently visited Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the gateway to Cebu Island! Terminal 2, with its striking wooden arches, is so open and comfortable that it's often described as "unbelievably beautiful for an airport." Its design is perfect for photos! The check-in and security processes were smooth, ensuring a hassle-free and pleasant start to the journey.

Terminal 2 also boasts excellent lounge facilities, such as Plaza Premium, where you can enjoy light meals and showers—a definite plus! Moving between Terminal 2 and the domestic Terminal 1 is stress-free, thanks to free shuttles and covered walkways.

The airport is equipped with souvenir shops and cafes, allowing for a relaxing time before departure. There’s even a Filipino restaurant within the airport premises, making it easy to savor local cuisine during downtime. Overall, the airport exudes a "slightly advanced" resort vibe, making it a memorable and comfortable start to any trip 😊
