Lunar New Year 2025 Lhasa Tour: Norbulingka. After visiting the Tibet Museum, walk 300m to Norbulingka, the summer resort of the lords of Lhasa. Admission is free. Upon entering, it feels a bit like the Summer Palace in Beijing. The garden is vast and features not only common flowers and plants but also many introduced from other parts of China and abroad. Surprisingly, these plants thrive even in the cold winter of the plateau.
