Lianyungang City Museum

As a national first-class museum and a national 4A-level tourist attraction, Lianyungang City Museum has quite solid hardware facilities. It houses a collection of 8,869 pieces/sets, including 419 precious cultural relics. The museum and the Yanhan Art Museum were both newly opened to the public for free in the new museum building completed in 2006.
Visited the museum on Sunday afternoon. Just as I entered the main gate, I saw a company's staff in uniform, neatly arranged, taking photos in the circular hall. With July 1st approaching, the company's staff might be about to retake their oath, to never forget their original aspiration and to remember the glorious mission of serving the people!
The museum features exhibits such as 'The Light of Civilization Shines over Lianyungang - Exhibition of Historical Cultural Relics', 'Yanhan Art Works', 'The Mystery of the Ages - Ling Huiping', 'Sweat-stained Ink - The Art of Bamboo Slips and Wooden Tablets from the Han Tombs at Yinwan, Donghai', 'Journey to the West Culture', 'Steles Forest Landscape Art', etc., highlighting the historical and cultural characteristics of Lianyungang!
