If you want to recommend a place where you can walk around warmly in winter, Shuhu Ancient Town in Lijiang comes to mind. If you don't like the complexity of Lijiang Old Town, this is a place I recommend even more.

It is a town where the old Naxi buildings are relatively well preserved, so it is a good place to take a leisurely look around rather than a special spot. Nearby luxury accommodations include Banyan Tree and Pullman.☺️
