Tianmu Lake Travel Guide

🌿Tianmu Lake Nanny-Level Guide | One-Day Trip Avoidance Guide + Photo Spots
Just got back from Tianmu Lake! Quickly save this lazy version of the guide~✨
📍Address: No. 1 Huanhu West Road, Tianmu Lake Town, Liyang City
⏰Opening hours: 08:00-17:00 (It is recommended to arrive early to avoid crowds)
🚌Transportation: Take bus Liyang 232 to "Jingzhan Shahe Bridge" Station and walk for about 8 minutes. It is more flexible to drive by yourself! The parking lot is very large, so don’t worry about parking spaces~
🌟Core gameplay:
1️⃣Must-see in the landscape garden: Take a boat trip on the lake to see the vast blue waves. It is highly recommended to go to "Tea Island" to experience tea picking and tea frying. The view of the lake from the top of the mountain is amazing!
2️⃣Hidden cycling route: There is a dedicated cycling path on Huanhu West Road. It is super pleasant to rent a bicycle and face the lake breeze (quietly say: the light is best for taking pictures in the evening 📸)
3️⃣Top Scholar Culture Line: You must take your baby to the Top Scholar Pavilion, touch the "Top Scholar Pen" to get a good omen, and the 360° panoramic view from the top floor of the pavilion is invincible!
📌My private route:
Morning boat trip → White tea tasting on Tea Island → Lakeside picnic at noon → Cycling/hiking in the afternoon → Watch the sunset at the Top Scholar Pavilion, a fulfilling and not tiring day!
💡Avoidance Tips:
✔️The food and beverage in the scenic area is expensive, you can bring your own snacks and water
✔️Wear comfortable sneakers! There are many steps on Tea Island, but you will thank me after reaching the top~
✔️If you want to take empty shots, it is recommended to arrive before 8:30, when there are few people and the light is soft
🌄Best photo spots:
❶The viewing platform on the hillside of Tea Island (bamboo forest + lake in the same frame)
❷Window frame on the top floor of the Top Scholar Pavilion (the frame composition is amazing)
❸Reed bushes on the Huanhu cycling path (must go in autumn!)
