During my summer vacation in London, I spent an afternoon at Tate Modern, and it was an unforgettable experience! Located along the Thames on the South Bank, entrance to the main collection is free, though some special exhibitions have a fee (usually around £15-£20).

The museum’s industrial-chic vibe, housed in a former power station, is as captivating as the art inside. I loved exploring the diverse range of modern and contemporary art, from Picasso to Warhol, and discovering new artists. The views from the top-floor terrace are spectacular, offering a stunning panorama of London’s skyline, including St. Paul’s Cathedral across the river.

After the Tate, I strolled along the vibrant South Bank, visited the nearby Globe Theatre, and crossed the Millennium Bridge. Tate Modern is a must-see for art lovers and anyone wanting a dose of culture in London! 🎨🌆
