Puhua Underground River: An archeological and natural site that dates back to the Ba Period, with a huge tie to the local myth surrounding Jade goddess and salt.

Fengyu Bridge: An ancient architecture marvel with a three hundred years old wooden bridge crossing the Apeng River. The structure is 658 metres long and was built during the Qing dynasty (around 300 years old). #museums #travel

Zhoushui Old Town: The town is a commercial centre that dates back to the Song and Tang dynasty period. The current city preserves mostly Ming and Qing architecture, but the amount of care make this is a must visit for those who love vernacular architecture. You can see how much effort the municipality put into promoting Qianjing history and highlighting it's ties with Tujia and Miao ethnicity. Some houses are built in Anhui style from merchants who moved here during the height of the Salt trade.
