Follow this route, and it's hard not to fall in love with London. It's just right for a day trip! 👇
🕘 9:00 - Buckingham Palace
Start at Buckingham Palace and experience the royal atmosphere. In the summer, you can also visit the interior of the palace (book tickets in advance on the official website).
Tip: The Changing of the Guard ceremony takes place at 11:00 am. Arrive an hour early to secure the best viewing spot!
🕙 10:30 - St. James’s Park
Next to Buckingham Palace is London's oldest Royal Park—St. James’s Park. Stroll along the shaded paths and watch the swans and ducks in the lake—it's super relaxing!
🕚 11:00 - Big Ben & Westminster Palace
Walk about 15 minutes to Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster. As London's most famous landmarks, the Gothic architecture here is perfect for taking photos!
🕐 12:00 - Westminster Abbey
A 5-minute walk will take you to Westminster Abbey, the site of coronations and royal weddings in British history. Its interior decoration and historical stories are impressive and well worth a visit.
🕑 13:30 - Lunch & London Eye
Walk 10 minutes along the River Thames to the London Eye. Have lunch at a nearby restaurant (there are many riverside restaurants nearby). Then, ascend the London Eye for a bird's-eye view of London and experience its romance and grandeur.
🕒 15:30 - St. Paul’s Cathedral
Take the subway or bus to St. Paul’s Cathedral (about 20 minutes). The cathedral's exterior is magnificent, and the interior decoration is exquisite. You can also climb to the dome for a panoramic view of London.
🕔 17:00 - Tower of London & Tower Bridge
Take the subway to the Tower of London (about 15 minutes). Once a prison, royal palace, and treasure vault, you can see the Crown Jewels and learn many British historical stories. After visiting the Tower of London, you can also check out the iconic Tower Bridge on the River Thames! The scenery is particularly charming in the evening.
