London Culture and Art Tour

This time, the number of days spent in London during the UK free trip is not many, and only the British Museum and the National Gallery are scheduled for the culture and art tour.

The British Museum is located on the north side of New Oxford Street in London, UK, at Great Russell Square. It is one of the three major museums in the world, alongside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Louvre in Paris. The museum houses about 8 million artifacts from around the world, many of which cannot be publicly displayed due to space constraints.

The museum's precious collections come from all over the world, showcasing the diversity of human history and culture. I was particularly amazed by the large number of mummies in the Egyptian Gallery.

The National Gallery in London mainly houses paintings from Western Europe from the 13th to the 19th centuries. There are many works by famous painters, including Van Gogh's Sunflowers, which is a must-see.

Since the British Museum and the National Gallery have free admission and are recommended must-see attractions in travel books, be sure to make a reservation in advance!
