In Longkou, Yantai, there is a real-life fairyland—Nanshan Tourist Area. When I stepped into this national 5A-level scenic area, a wonderful journey beyond imagination began.

As soon as I arrived at the scenic area, I was shocked by the grandeur of the Religious Culture Park. The thousand-year-old temple is solemn and majestic, with flying eaves and brackets that seem to soar into the sky. When I stepped into the ancient temple, the lingering scent of sandalwood instantly calmed me down. The Nanshan Buddha standing in front of me is even more sacred. It stands high above, looking down on all living beings with compassionate eyes, exuding a tranquil power in the sunlight. When I got closer, I felt only awe and peace, and all my troubles were gone.

When I left the Religious Culture Park, I turned around and entered the Historical Culture Park, as if I had traveled through time and space in an instant. The pavilions, towers, and corridors are simple and elegant, and every brick and beam is engraved with traces of time. Walking along the winding path, the buildings beside me quietly tell stories of the past, as if I could see the ancients reciting poems, painting, and discussing history here.

This place is not only for sightseeing and praying, but also for fun. I experienced the thrilling slide, with the wind whistling in my ears and my heart racing, screaming all the way to feel the speed and passion; there is also a leisurely boat ride, sitting on the boat, slowly enjoying the lake and mountains, comfortable and free.

When I was tired, I went to taste the food in the scenic area. The special seafood is fresh and delicious, and the local snacks are fragrant, and every bite is full of satisfaction.
