From the very first impression, LA felt free-spirited and vibrant. It’s a city where you can experience the ocean, hills, art, shopping, and the glitz of Hollywood all at once, offering a surprisingly diverse array of experiences.
The first stop was Hollywood Boulevard. Walking along the Walk of Fame, I followed the names of stars, took photos, and admired the handprints of famous actors at the TCL Chinese Theatre. I also captured a memorable shot with the iconic Hollywood sign clearly visible on the hill in the background.
Next, I headed to Griffith Observatory. The view of LA and the Hollywood sign from the hill was stunning during the day, but the sight of the city bathed in golden hues at sunset was truly moving.
Lunch was enjoyed at a local café near Beverly Hills. Strolling along Rodeo Drive, I marveled at luxury boutiques and upscale restaurants, feeling like a character in a movie.
In the afternoon, I moved on to Santa Monica Beach. I rode the amusement park rides on the pier, listened to the sound of waves on the sandy shore, and soaked in the relaxed atmosphere. Then, I walked to Venice Beach, where I enjoyed street performances and admired artistic creations in a free-spirited setting.
On the final day, I leisurely explored the art pieces and beautiful gardens at the Getty Center. In Downtown LA’s Arts District, I discovered another side of the city through murals and trendy restaurants.
LA is a city that encapsulates the ocean, culture, shopping, and relaxation. It’s a destination where vibrancy, romance, and art coexist, leaving me eager to return.
