The Tarim Populus euphratica forest in Luntai has completely overturned my imagination of life this October. I originally thought the Populus euphratica was just a legend, until I saw the entire land set ablaze with golden yellow—the trees that have stood in the sea of sand for three thousand years have finally awaited their grandest bloom.
