- Bus: From the East Gate, you can take Bus No. 33, Bus No. 52, Bus No. 53, Bus No. 55, Bus No. 57, Bus No. 58, etc. and get off at Longmen Avenue Luoyang Bridge South; from the West Gate, you can take Bus No. 601, Bus No. 602, Bus No. 677, Bus No. 1, Bus No. 37, Bus No. 49, etc. and get off at Mudan Bridge South.
- Subway: Take Subway Line 2 and get off at Mudanqiao Station or Wenboyuan Station
- Self-driving: Navigate to "China National Flower Garden", there is a parking lot near the park

- Early-blooming peony viewing area: Huolianjindan Square, Zigen Peony Square, Qiuweng Yuxian Pavilion, etc.
- Mid- and late-blooming peony viewing area: including Yaohuang Pavilion, Erqiao Pavilion, Tang-style Sui and Tang Square, etc.
- Lakeside tourist area: Yanqi Lake is surrounded by beautiful scenery, with lake lights and flowers complementing each other.
- Late-blooming peony viewing area: National Flower Terrace, Nine Colors, Danhui Garden, etc.
- Super late blooming peony viewing area: May Square has the latest blooming period, which can last until the May Day holiday

- Time to enter: It is recommended to enter in the morning when the light is better and there are fewer tourists, so you can better appreciate the peonies.
- Tour route: You can enter the park from the east gate or the west gate and visit the peony viewing areas in the order of early-blooming, mid-late-blooming, late-blooming, and very late-blooming. You can also choose the key viewing area according to your own interests and time.
