Wugong Mountain Travel Guide✨

Preparation

• ID: Bring your ID card. Students can enjoy discounts with a student ID🎫

• Clothing: Bring warm clothes according to the season, such as down jackets and windbreakers. The temperature difference is large and it is windy on the mountain top🧣

• Food: Self-heating rice, instant noodles, chocolate, water, etc. Prices are high on the mountain🍔

• Others: Sunscreen, sunglasses, raincoat, trekking poles, power bank📲

Transportation

• External: Take a high-speed train to Pingxiang North Railway Station or a train to Pingxiang Railway Station. There is a shuttle bus to Wugong Mountain at the station🚄

• Internal: Take a free shuttle bus to the mountain entrance on the left side of the visitor center🚌

Tickets and Cable Cars

• Tickets: Adult tickets are about CNY 70. It is more convenient to book in advance on the official account💸

• Cable Cars: First-level cable car CNY 65, Jinding cable car CNY 35🚠

Accommodation

• Tents: Rent a tent near Jinding or at the Guanyindang Grassland Starry Sky Camping Base for about CNY 100–150. You can see the starry sky🌃

• Inns: Inns such as Jinding Post and Baihe Peak Inn are more expensive🛏️

Travel Routes

• One-day tour: Take the first-level cable car up the mountain → Fuxingyan → Dianjiangtai → Glass Platform → Fuxinggu Plank Road → Take the Jinding cable car up the mountain → Jinding, and return the same way🚶‍♀️

• Two-day tour: Day 1: Take the first-level cable car up the mountain and hike to Jinding; Day 2: Get up early to watch the sunrise, go to Diaomazhuang → Starry Sky Plank Road → Zijigong, and take the first-level cable car down the mountain🌅

Reminders

• Check the weather in advance and avoid climbing on rainy days🌧️

• Control your pace when climbing and don't get too tired
