Pursuit: The Footprints of Li Bai, the Wine Immortal—The First Rock on the Yangtze River

🚩Caishiji, also known as Niuzhuji, is located at the foot of Cuiluo Mountain. Together with Chenglingji and Yanziji, it is known as the "Three Rocks of the Yangtze River". Caishiji is known as the "First Rock of the Yangtze River" for its steep mountains, beautiful scenery and numerous historical sites.
🔴Caishiji Scenic Area is a 5A-level scenic area in Ma'anshan. When entering the scenic area, we can choose to walk or take a tour bus directly to Taibai Tower. When we were touring there, we did not choose to take a car, but chose to walk. Perhaps it was the best option to slowly check in at each attraction.
⚪Taibai Tower: Built in memory of the Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai, it is an important landmark building in the scenic area. Taibai Tower is now a three-story attic rebuilt in the third year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, and houses cultural relics and souvenirs related to Li Bai.
⚫‌Sanyuan Cave‌: A well-preserved natural stone cave. Although the entrance is closed, you can still appreciate the inscriptions on the cave, which has historical and cultural value‌.
🔵‌Guangji Temple‌: A Buddhist temple with a long history. The Three Kingdoms Chiwu Well in front of the temple is one of the ancient relics in Caishiji‌.
🟤Ancient plank road along the river: hanging on the cliff of Cuiluo Mountain, with the Yangtze River rolling under your feet, you can experience the natural landscape of thrilling and magnificent coexistence.
🟣 Santai Pavilion: The commanding height of Caishiji, this pavilion is the landmark building of Caishiji. Climbing up to Santai Pavilion, you can see the interrupted Tianmen in the south, the rushing river in the west, the ancient city in the east, and the scenery of Jiuhua in the north. The magnificent landscape is in full view.
