He was always readily available, anticipating our needs and even remembering my partner’s birthday in advance, making it a memorable occasion. His kindness extended not only to us but to the staff, which reflected in the resort's atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting Latheef, whose knowledge of the resort is unparalleled. He seemed to hold everything together with grace, ensuring that no detail was overlooked, and his respect for both guests and colleagues was inspiring.
