Restaurant: Club Millesime
Address: 17th Floor, Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, Rua do Paso del Sol, Macau
Food:
In the evening, we enjoyed a buffet dinner in the Executive Lounge. The selection was quite extensive, including steak, braised beef, smoked salmon, chicken wings, ham and sausage meatballs, spring rolls, vegetables, salads, fried rice, fried noodles, pumpkin soup, and Chinese soup. Desserts included cake, eclairs, tarts, macarons, and a strawberry cherry blossom cup.
The steak was particularly memorable, perfectly grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside while remaining tender and pink on the inside. The Chinese soup was also generous, with ginseng, corn, lotus root, longan, and lean pork. It was light and sweet, not greasy, and without MSG.
The strawberry cherry blossom cup was also delicious, with a smooth and sweet texture and edible flower petals on top. The Opera cake has a rich, layered flavor, and the tiny sliver of gold foil on the surface makes it look luxurious. 😊
Service: The waiters were courteous and attentive. 😄
Environment: The decor is elegant, with a night view of the Grand Lisboa Hotel and Macau Tower.
