A friend took me to a sea-view restaurant for Christmas dinner 🎄. The restaurant is conveniently located in Macau's Royal Dynasty district, facing the tranquil Guanyin statue. As soon as we walked in, we were captivated by the lightly luxurious decor and the ocean view 🤩

We ordered the limited-edition Christmas set menu for two, and it was absolutely amazing! There were two Christmas 🎄 options: 🈶 lobster 🦞, steak, foie gras, oysters, slow-cooked monkfish liver with cold-brewed basil oil, salad, and dessert 🉑. It was a super 🈶 Christmas 🎄 atmosphere 💗

🎅 Christmas Tree Steak with Seared Foie Gras
The steak slices were stacked into a unique Christmas tree 🎄 shape, and the presentation was exquisite, creating a perfect Christmas atmosphere 🈵! The slow-cooked Australian marbled sirloin steak paired with the creamy seared foie gras was both beautiful and delicious!

🦪Sea Urchin and Caviar Oysters
Plump and tender oysters paired with sea urchin and sturgeon caviar 🐟 create a three-toned explosion of flavors in your mouth, leaving you with a deliciously sweet and fragrant 🈵 mouthfeel.

🧡Japanese Mentaiko and Scallop Fried Rice
The fragrant fried rice paired with the sweet and chewy pan-fried scallops creates a rich and delicious flavor.

💥Exploding Foie Gras Crisps
French foie gras is marinated in red wine, then creamed and served in crispy balls. The crispy balls are sweet and fragrant, and there's even a burst of candy hidden in the center 🍬—a truly creative twist!
