I'm here @ Macau Tap Seac Square 🇲🇴

#MacauHiddenCheck-in Spot

Tap Seac Square is one of the four major squares in Macau. It is a new landmark with cultural characteristics in Macau. It can be said to be a niche check-in spot in Macau. Only locals come here, and tourists rarely come here on their own initiative.

Tap Seac Square covers an area of more than 13,000 square meters. The ground square is paved with Portuguese gravel and has a rest area, a dining and entertainment center, and a basement shopping mall.

This square was once a gathering place for aristocratic residences and schools, and is known as the "Eight Houses". It includes the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Tap Seac Health Center, Macao Library, Historical Archives, Tap Seac Art and Cultural Center, Macao Orchestra Headquarters, Jao Tsung-I Academy and Macao Tea Culture House. Five of the buildings also became part of the square.

The square is paved with Portuguese gravel, full of cultural atmosphere, which complements the surrounding cultural facilities. During every festival, various activities are held in Tap Seac Square. This time I happened to catch the Tap Seac Arts Market, which has been held for many years in a row. The white tents gather cultural and creative enthusiasts and entrepreneurs from all over the world. It has become one of Macau’s representative activities and is worth a visit! !
