Bailuzhou Park, located on Bailuzhou Road in Siming District, consists of two parts: Central Park and West Park. It is Xiamen's largest fully open plaza park. It is an urban park centered around leisure, entertainment, and shopping. Within the park is a statue of the goddess Egret, a symbol of Ludao and a masterpiece of Xiamen's urban sculptures.

Bailuzhou Park has 400 square pigeons imported from the Netherlands. They are fed twice a day. Visitors can have fun with the pigeons in the park, or bring their own rice and feed them by hand, and play with the pigeons.

The park also serves as a shopping and entertainment center, serving as a painting and calligraphy art center. It boasts a calligraphy and painting academy, an art gallery, a calligraphy gallery, crystal gift shops, a Shenlong woodcarving shop, and a Bailing pet bonsai world, offering a wide variety of goods. Additionally, nearby entertainment venues include a bowling alley, a seafood food court, a football club, and nightclubs.
