Macau Travel City Walk Route 2: Macau Peninsula

Although the peninsula isn't large, it takes over two days to thoroughly explore the following City Walk routes:

A. Historic Downtown:

Route 1:
1) Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church (Pan Cheong Tong), Holy House of Mercy, Senado Square, Municipal Affairs Bureau.
2) Pawnshop Museum
3) St. Augustine's Church, Dom Pedro V Theatre, St. Augustine's Square, Sir Robert Ho Tung Library, St. Joseph's Seminary and Church Museum. (This section involves uphill walking, suitable for sneakers)

Route 2:
1) Guia Fortress and Lighthouse
2) Tap Seac Square, St. Michael's Chapel, Tap Seac Gallery, Jao Tsung-I Petite Gallery, Macau Tea Culture House, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden

B. Seaside Views
1) Fisherman's Wharf, Macau Science Center, Heart-shaped Tree, Kun Iam Statue, Kun Iam Statue Seaside Recreation Area.
2) Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre

C. Urban Areas
1) Macau Cultural Centre, Handover Gifts Museum of Macau
2) Chinese Ethnic Sculpture Park

D. Hotels

Some hotels worth visiting:
1) Wynn Macau: Tree of Prosperity, fountain show (daily at dusk)
2) Grand Lisboa Hotel: Unique architecture, experience Macau's distinctive entertainment.

Most of these City Walk routes can be explored on foot.
