|National Geographic really doesn’t deceive me.
It's so beautiful here! This is the first time I followed the trend correctly. Wuzhou is a little-known treasure town introduced by National Geographic. It is not only accessible by plane, but also connected by high-speed rail. It is located at the junction of Guangdong and Guangxi, and it is the birthplace of Cantonese! If you are used to seeing mountains and rivers, you might as well come here to lie down and enjoy a relaxing Citywalk.
Day 1
Today's attractions are all on Mount Zhu.
The distances between the various attractions are not far, so you can adjust them according to your needs.
Wuzhou City Museum (suggested visiting time: 1.5 hours) is a museum with carefully arranged exhibitions. The exhibits in the museum are very rich. The museum is built on the top of the mountain and there is an elevator. Children who are tired of walking can take it (free of charge). Tickets: No reservation required, business hours: 9:00-17:00. Riverside Park. Walking up from the main gate, you can see many buildings with a sense of age. The former site of the British Consulate is located on Baihegang in Riverside Park. The architectural style combines Chinese and Western cultural elements. The 4Hegang Tower is built by the river. Climbing the tower, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Wuzhou Hedong and Yuanjiang River.
the next day
1. China's Arcade City is a historical and cultural block with a well-preserved arcade building complex that combines Lingnan architecture and Western architectural aesthetics and is full of exotic style. Dongzheng Road, Wuzhou can come to check in the Guangdong and Guangxi Governor's Mansion. The daytime opening hours are: 9:00-17:00, and the night show is open every half an hour until 23:30. The ticket price is: 1 (yes, it is 1), which is very cost-effective. Dragon Mother Temple, "May all your wishes come true and all your hopes be fulfilled", ticket price: 28 (local residents and students are free with student ID). Baiyun Mountain is a landmark park in Wuzhou. Admission is free (it smells so good!). It is recommended to come in the evening when the sunset glow is beautiful.
