Macau's Must-Try Cuisine | Michelin 3-Star Robuchon au Dôme

Guide
A trip to Macau wouldn't be complete without visiting the Michelin 3-star Robuchon au Dôme. This time, I decided to splurge and experience the allure of top-tier French cuisine, and I was absolutely blown away!

📍Located on the 43rd floor of the Grand Lisboa Hotel, the restaurant is stunning from the moment you step out of the elevator. A massive chandelier made of 131,500 Swarovski crystals dazzles with its dreamlike brilliance. Window-side seating offers breathtaking views of Macau's cityscape, accompanied by live piano music that sets an incredibly romantic atmosphere.

🍽 Every dish is a masterpiece. Highly recommended is the "Imperial King Crab Tower with Seafood Jelly." The base is a seafood jelly made from lobster broth, layered with sweet Alaskan snow crab meat, topped with premium French Imperial caviar and gold leaf, and garnished with cauliflower mousse. Each bite bursts with fresh, rich flavors and an exquisite blend of textures. Another must-try is the "Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Duck Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce." Made with M8-grade Australian beef tenderloin, the meat is tender and juicy, paired with rich French duck foie gras, sprinkled with black truffle shavings, and gently smoked in a wooden box. Cutting into it reveals a pinkish hue, and the taste is intensely flavorful, with the perfect harmony of truffle aroma and foie gras richness.

💁♂️ The service is impeccable, making you feel truly welcomed from the moment you sit down to when you leave. This feast for the senses is undoubtedly a must-add to your Macau culinary bucket list!
