Hong Kong and Macau Yi Shun Milk actually started in Macau. This time I went to the branch in Taipa's Guan Ye District to see the big difference in taste between Hong Kong and Macau.
Also with frozen double-skinned stewed milk as the object, Macau's stew is more firm in texture, Hong Kong's is more loose in milk flavor, but Hong Kong products feel "good water" and more moisture.
The Macau branch is aimed at local residents and offers more Macau 🇲🇴 characteristics, including local snacks such as curry spicy fish buns and pork chop buns.
Hong Kong and Macau have different cultures, so the taste and quality of food can reflect the differences between the two places, and maintaining similarities and differences is a good way to maintain the old signature of Yishun.
