Let’s share a super fantastic afternoon tea experience with you! 😍 On Sunday, I went to Macau with my mother. Before returning to Hong Kong, I went to MGM Grand's "Visual Expo Refreshment" and enjoyed a limited-time afternoon tea designed by Master Pierre-Henri Roullard, winner of the French Best Craftsman Award (MOF)! It's really unforgettable! 😋
The environment of Vision Bo Refreshment is elegant and comfortable, full of art, perfect for a leisurely afternoon with friends. 😌 Master Pierre-Henri Roullard creates a range of exquisite desserts and savory dishes with top Capfruit fruit purees and Chocolaterie de l'Opéra chocolates, each like a work of art! 🤩

Dessert: My favorite is the "Mango Passion Fruit Coconut Small Cake". 😋 The "Chocolate Cherry Cake" is also excellent, rich chocolate with sweet and sour cherry, perfect balance! 👍🏻

Savory: The "Goose Liver Forest" was amazing! The goose liver melts in your mouth and is served with chocolate, hazelnuts and cherries. 😍 The "Beef Tatta Waffle" is also delicious, the combination of egg yolk cream and black truffle is very special! In addition, the "crab meat tart" is also worthy of praise! The crab meat is fresh and sweet, and served with the crispy tart crust. It's really delicious! 🦀

Drinks: Afternoon tea includes two special drinks, coffee or tea. 🍹
