Macau Seafood and Wagyu Teppanyaki—Galaxy Raffles Hotel

The teppanyaki here features incredibly fresh ingredients.
The abalone and lobster are exceptionally fresh, with a firm and delightful texture.
The abalone is prepared differently depending on the part of the shellfish.
The Kagoshima Wagyu beef is also outstanding—melts in your mouth without being overly greasy, making it a perfect balance. I particularly love the texture, and the restaurant even recommends three ways to enjoy it. My personal favorite is pairing it with wasabi and crispy garlic.

The restaurant updates its menu every few months, offering dishes based on seasonal ingredients.

Price: The restaurant does not offer à la carte options, only two set menus priced at 1888 and 2888 MOP (plus a 10% service charge).
However, the service is truly excellent.
