Liu Tongxinglongzhuang is located in Sanhe Ancient Town, Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province. It was the residence of Liu Jintang, the then president of Sanhe Chamber of Commerce. It covers an area of ​​700 square meters and has five courtyards, eight wings and 32 rooms.

Liu Tongxinglongzhuang, also known as "Liu's Cloth Shop" and "Liu's Rice Shop," was a prominent merchant on Guxi Street in the late Qing Dynasty. "Tongxinglong" was the name of the manor. Its owner, Liu Jintang (1879-1941), was the former vice president of the Sanhe Chamber of Commerce. He had five brothers. Among them, Liu Jintang and his second brother, Liu Jinchen, lived in "Liu Tongxinglongzhuang."
