🏨 Grand Hyatt Macau｜Stay Experience

We stayed for four nights, and the overall experience was highly satisfying. Every day, the housekeeping staff prepared a plate of fresh fruits 🍎🍇, and thoughtfully replenished the soft drinks in the minibar, showcasing their sincerity and meticulous service.

As it was my husband's birthday 🎂, the hotel specially decorated the room and presented a small cake, adding a warm and delightful touch to the trip, making it even more ceremonial and joyful.

Originally, the room provided two bottles of mineral water 💧 daily. We felt it wasn't enough and requested four additional bottles. To our surprise, from the next day onwards, the hotel proactively replenished six bottles of water daily, leaving a deep impression with their attentiveness.

Notably, the bathroom's toilet paper 🧻 was not the usual thin type but rather thick and soft, offering an excellent user experience. Such small details highlight the hotel's commitment to quality.

Overall, the service at Grand Hyatt Macau was attentive and thorough, with housekeeping staff being friendly and professional. Both the hardware facilities and service quality were impressive, making it a five-star hotel 🌟 worth revisiting.

PS: It would be great if the rooms could provide small chairs for children, as little ones can't wash their hands on their own 🤣
