Walking around Macau

Air tickets from Singapore to Macau have always been quite cheap, so I often go to Macau for a visit. Although it is small, you don’t have to walk to your destination. Take the bus to your destination and then start walking to save time and energy. The "smallness" of Macau is a trap. Looking at the map, you can reach many destinations in 30 minutes on foot, but it is still very tiring to actually walk there. It is very similar to the old city of Chongqing, with ups and downs... There are really many delicious small shops. I followed the high-scoring ones and ate in several of them without any disappointments. It’s a bit like exploring third- and fourth-tier cities everywhere. The old shops can always give you a taste that is different from the new internet-famous restaurants. It is the local taste that has not yet been tamed by commercial civilization. The new town and the old town are completely different experiences. New town → high-end hotels offer all-inclusive services, so you don’t need to go out to enjoy the entire holiday. Old town → old and run-down, with many old shops and many surprises hidden. We stayed in the Venetian for one day and then quickly left. After all, our original intention of coming to Macau was not to stay in a resort. Walking around the old town was more suitable for me. However, there are also hotel lovers around me who are very satisfied with those NB hotels. If you have more time, you can try them all. If you have less time, you should do some research in advance and choose a method that suits you better.
