Since our accommodation required a check-in time of 3:00 PM, we decided to recharge at Ainara Cafe, a Japanese-style country house in Pong Yang Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. This cafe boasts a spacious Japanese countryside setting with several seating areas. Hachi, a fluffy white Samoyed, greets guests with a friendly welcome, even taking photos with him without complaint. We played with Hachi until our throats were dry. Ainara Cafe offers a variety of beverages, but we opted for the coffee. The beans here are medium-dark roast. We ordered an Americano with coconut water, which was delicious and kept us going until 2:00 AM. The cafe also serves food and snacks.
