Uncle Det's Tea Plantation - Anyone going to Mae Taeng must stop by!!!

Everyone, this is a classic place you absolutely must visit if you're in Chiang Mai. Yes, that's right! It's Lung Dech Tea Plantation in Mae Taeng District.

Lung Dech Tea Plantation is approximately 60 kilometers from Chiang Mai city, about an hour and a half drive away.

The night before, we stayed in Mae Taeng District and went up to Lung Dech Tea Plantation in the morning. The sun was incredibly warm, the air was cool, and there weren't many people. They let us freely explore the tea plantation.

For food and drinks, they offer both sweet and savory dishes, made with tea leaves, such as tuna salad with tea leaves and crispy fried tea leaves. For dessert, we tried the tea cake, and it didn't disappoint.
