Breaking into the secret realm of Mars! A stunning golden sulfur lake appears in the uninhabited area of Qinghai, breathtakingly beautiful!

Qinghai hides so many beautiful sceneries, but the truly shocking ones are little known! Oboliang Sulfur Lake—this magical lake located in the Yadan uninhabited area has colors as vivid as an alien planet! We shot it on July 24th, and the real scene is even more dreamlike than the photos. The lake water glows golden under the sunlight, like molten lava flowing across the earth!

📍Exact location:

Lenghu Town, Mangya City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, deep within the Oboliang Yadan Scenic Area. From the sulfur spring, continue downhill to the left for about 2-3 kilometers. It is recommended to use the navigation tablet provided by Mars Camp to locate the "Sulfur Spring," then explore downhill along the slope.

🎫Ticket: 500 RMB per vehicle (scenic area vehicle access fee)

🚙 Traffic warning: A four-wheel-drive hardcore off-road vehicle is a must! Ordinary SUVs are very prone to getting stuck. It’s best to enter with 2-3 vehicles together. Rescue costs in the uninhabited area are very high, and solo adventures are extremely dangerous.

🔍 Tips for finding it:

After arriving at the "Sulfur Spring" with the navigation tablet, drive about 3 kilometers downhill to the left, paying attention to the sand tracks.

If the ground is hard to distinguish, use a drone to scout from above. The sulfur lake is very conspicuous from the aerial view.

Oboliang allows drone flights. The high-altitude view of the Yadan landforms intertwined with the lake’s colors is stunning!
