Pangkor Laut Resort Malaysia

I had a fabulous holiday trip at Pangkor Laut Resort, one of the top resorts in Asia, voted by Conde Nast Traveler Reader Choice award 2021.

This luxury resort is located on a private island with forested hills, and white-sand beaches overlooking the Strait of Malacca. Accommodations are by the sea (sea villa, beach villa) or overview of the tropical garden (garden villa, hill villa)

I stay at sea villa room. I love it so much; the room has a spacious bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a sea view, and a balcony for sunbathing or evening relaxation.

Emerald bay is the beautiful beach on this island, white sand beach and the best spot to see the sunset. Chapman's Bar is located on this beach, its best place to have lunch and afternoon happy hours.

I had my breakfast and dinner at Feast Village and my second dinner at Uncle Lim's Kitchen. The resort setting is an open concept.

Royal Bay beach club is also another excellent place to have lunch, overlooking the infinity pool with views of the sea beyond.

Activities available in this resort are:
-Jungle trekking
-Water sports such as kayaking, water skiing
-Fishing excursion
-Island hoping
-Sunset cruise

How to get here:
-Drive to Pangkor Laut Resort's office at Marina Island Pangkor, followed by a speedboat transfer to Pangkor Laut Resort. They have 5 daily trips to and from Pangkor Laut Resort.
-The overnight car park is available for a fee.
-Private transfer from the airport ( KL, Penang, Ipoh) is available for a fee.
-Helicopter transfers direct to the resort are available; contact the resort directly for the detail.
