Travel with the Island: Maoming Romantic Coast

In the morning, drive from Zhanjiang to Maoming Romantic Coast International Resort, known as the "Bali of Maoming." With its Southeast Asian-style decor, tropical coconut groves, blue sea, and golden sandy beaches, it paints the most romantic scenery.

➡️ Entry to Romantic Coast requires a ticket. The beach is very clean, divided into East and West Coastlines, with more activities available on the West Coast. Photography depends on the weather—when we arrived, it was almost raining, but the sky gradually cleared up, making it perfect for photos.
➡️ There are three hotels along the coast: Wyndham Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, and Romantic Coast Resort Hotel. Mostly hotel guests enjoy the beach, so it's less crowded with clean sand.
➡️ There’s a beachside bar, usually closed during the day but open at dusk. Next to the wooden boat by the shore, there’s a marriage registration office, and Wyndham Hotel’s pool area features a white chapel, ideal for weddings.
➡️ The West Coast also has an inflatable water castle, great for kids.
➡️ The beach has many photo spots, like swings, and it’s lovely to walk along the shore.
➡️ We heard there are fireworks and concerts at night, but we missed them since we didn’t stay overnight.
