A Japanese winter-only hot spring worth visiting three times!

♨️Hot spring location:
Shirahone Onsen is my favorite outdoor hot spring in the deep mountains of Japan, haha. 🤪 I've been to Shirahone Onsen three times.

♨️Hot spring features:
In winter, the entire hot spring hotel is surrounded by thick snow. The hot spring water here is calcified and has a beautiful color. Take a taxi into the mountains, and at an altitude of 1,500 meters, you can hear the chirping of birds from the treetops of the birch trees. Quietly immerse yourself in the hydrogen sulfide hot spring and let everything slow down.

This is a great place for a winter holiday. The open-air hot spring is a 100% natural hot spring. It was snowing when we went there. The birch forest in the mountains, the milky white hot spring, the snowflakes falling from the sky, and the snow-covered mountains make it a paradise on earth.
