The 200-year-old wisteria is in full bloom!

"Koshin-an Wisteria Festival"

This event is held when the beautiful wisteria flowers, said to be 200 years old, are in full bloom in the Koshin-an Historical Garden.

During the event, tea ceremonies and events for children will also be held.

The Koshin-an Historical Garden in Matsuyama City is a grass-covered garden built by Edo-period haiku poet Kurita Chodo to spend the rest of his life, and is famous for its wisteria trees, said to be over 200 years old.

The annual "Wisteria Festival" will be held, but the wisteria trees in the garden are already blooming with their delicate flowers.
