If you haven’t been to Yin Jiu Barbecue (瘾酒串吧) in Harbin yet… are you even from Harbin⁉️
This place is legendary — every night it’s packed, and honestly, it’s worth every minute of waiting. Their BBQ and mala soup (麻辣烫) combo is simply unbeatable.
The menu changes often, but everything I’ve tried has been a hit.
The atmosphere is amazing — cozy lighting, chill background music, and top-notch service 💯 Perfect for date nights or a lively dinner with friends!

🍢 What You Have to Try:
🦀 Pan-Fried Crab — Each crab is packed with rich golden roe, perfectly pan-fried for that irresistible aroma. A must during crab season!
🐟 Sour Soup Fish — Fish slices are skewered like little kebabs and soaked in a tangy, flavorful broth. The fish is tender and fresh, with lots of veggies — totally comforting.
🍷 Hot Mulled Wine — A creative touch from the owner! Served warm with mixed fruits and rosemary — sweet, fragrant, and perfect for Harbin’s chilly nights.
🔥 Signature Mala Soup (麻辣烫) — Our group of five finished two full bowls! The spice level is just right, and it pairs perfectly with their BBQ skewers.
Must-try skewers: Grilled Lamb Tube, Grilled Cartilage, and Grilled String Beans — every one is bursting with flavor.
