Paradise Cove Delivers Again

We just returned from a blissful 12-night stay at Paradise Cove—our second visit. The location is perfect， with fantastic food and service， ideal for lounging by the pool or relaxing in a "love nest" overlooking the Indian Ocean and enjoying sunsets at the Peninsula Bar. What's not to love? We returned after three years because the staff is simply amazing: attentive， courteous， and full of good humor. Dev， Tulsi， and the Stay Bar team make top-notch cocktails， and I could chat about rum for hours with them—New Rum Fashion is now my go-to drink.The menu offers excellent variety， catering to both meat/fish lovers and vegetarians/vegans. The food surpassed our previous visit; the chefs deserve praise. From seafood carpaccio to medium-rare lamb， and from the Mauritian buffet to XO's sushi， 12 nights weren't enough for dining!We enjoyed the spa and the catamaran trip， despite some iffy weather， and met some lovely couples， including many honeymooners. Renting a car is easy and safe， allowing you to explore the island leisurely. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
