Museum Perkebunan Indonesia (Indonesia Plantation Museum) is one of beautiful museums in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. It shows everything about Plantation Industries in Indonesia, specially Medan the 3rd biggest city in this country. From the time when the Netherlands came and started their business here, to the present day where the industries has been modernized. We can still find hand prints of the former workers in the past, with full describtion. The machine they use to produce the products, the raw material, and others. What surprised me is there's somekind of prison/jail (i don't know if this is real) on the top of the building. The guide told us about it and we came up and see. Another surprise was this museum has its own coffee shop or like a small cafe. Super Cozy and totally worth it. #medan #museum #indonesia #northsumatra #sumatra #history #plantation
