Palacio Postal
Located in the heart of Mexico City, the "Central Post Office (Palacio Postal)" is a historic building that resembles a palace in its beauty. Completed in 1907, its luxurious interior combines Italian Renaissance style with Art Nouveau, making it a true work of art. The golden staircase, marble columns, and intricate decorations create a space that hardly feels like a post office. Amazingly, postal services are still conducted here, and you can even send letters!
💰: 50 pesos (approximately 400 yen)
Access: About a 3-minute walk from Metro stations "Bellas Artes" or "Allende"
When using buses or trains in Mexico City, you need to purchase a transportation card. Once you have it, you can simply tap to use it, which is very convenient! The card can be shared among multiple people ☺️. However, when recharging the card, keep in mind that no change is given, so you'll need small denominations of money.
