- Take the high-speed rail first (Guangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway)
Guangzhou East Station - Xintang Station - Zengcheng Station - Luofushan Station
-Then take the bus (Boluo Line 268), walk a few hundred meters to the right of the high-speed railway station gate to the bus station
Guangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway Luofushan High-speed Railway Station → (about 20-30 minutes) → Luofushan Scenic Area Station

1. Penglai Fairy Cave 2. Nishang Feitao 3. Lion Peak 4. Feiyunding [One-way hiking for about 3.5 hours]
2⃣B Line
Take the mountain cableway (upward) to Eagle Rock, the mountain climbing plank road, and the top of the cloud [walk halfway up the mountain, one way up is about 1.5-2 hours]

🈶㊙㊙Talk about hard work and experience👇
1⃣ The 3.5 hours for Route A really overestimated our physical strength😂We didn’t go to Lion Peak. After visiting the previous attractions, we went directly to Feiyunding, detouring to Eagle Rock on the way. It took 3.5 hours to reach 3,700 meters away from Feiyunding😓. It was very tiring. In order not to overexert ourselves, we decisively chose the return trip.
—So, if you don’t exercise regularly and want to reach the summit, I recommend taking route B.
2⃣Do I need a trekking pole?
—The stairs and walking paths are quite steep, and the tiredness later on can no longer be solved by trekking poles, so I personally don’t think they are necessary.
3⃣How to solve leg shaking and toe pain when descending?
—New skills! The stairs go down sideways and the walkway goes back down! Don’t be surprised, it works!
4⃣Is there a toilet on the mountain?
—Three things that are abundant in Luofu Mountain: many toilets, many convenience stores, and many trash cans!
