takamiya / FUKUOKA

"Asadaso" in Takamiya, Fukuoka

It's a quiet neighborhood, but

It's surprisingly packed with restaurants. 𓈒𓂂𓏸

These are places known to deep-rooted enthusiasts.

I went to Tokkwan, a Thai restaurant inside. 🇹🇭

I wonder if the owner runs it alone?

There's a counter and three tables.

It was busy even on a weekday. 🤓

The lunch menu is simple, with three options!
(They also serve dinner.)

⚫︎Khao Man Gai 1200
⚫︎Tom Yum Cold Noodles 1400

I ordered them.

Both were delicious. 🫶🏻
The meat in the Khao Man Gai was tender, and
The sauce and rice blended perfectly. 🤤

The Tom Yum Cold Noodles were spicy and spicy. 🌶
It was perfect for this heat!

Even the small side dishes that came with both were delicious♪

Looks like they offer takeout too~🥡
