Haichao Aquarium, China's first highland aquarium, is located on Shilin Street in the University Town of Chenggong District, Kunming, covering over 200 mu (approximately 8,000 square meters). The "Secret Realm of Jellyfish" exhibition area leads visitors through the future to the underwater laboratory of 2030, where thousands of life forms are nurtured, including more than ten species and more than a thousand individuals, including egg yolk jellyfish, Pacific sea jellyfish, purple sea jellyfish, black star sea jellyfish, colorful jellyfish, Amakusa jellyfish, and moon jellyfish.
