Aso Farmland (Aso Genki no Mori) is located in the Aso region of Kumamoto Prefecture.

Produced by preventive medicine specialists who promote "building the body and mind to prevent illness," this is the world's only major health-themed theme park.

This facility offers a fun and enriching experience tailored to each individual, offering a full-scale health experience for adults and children alike. Based on six pillars: exercise, meals, relaxation, dome accommodation, experiential learning, and shopping, the facility offers a wide variety of activities, from large-scale outdoor and indoor athletics to unique exercise machines that measure physical fitness and age.

Meals are served buffet-style, featuring fresh vegetables delivered daily from the adjacent Aso Health Farm. Calories and nutritional information are clearly displayed for each dish.

The animal area features rabbits, guinea pigs, capybaras, alpacas, beavers, maras, iguanas, and flamingos, all of which children can safely interact with.

The facility also offers hot springs, a rock sauna, and a spa.

The accommodation is a unique, dome-shaped facility that is earthquake-resistant and survived the Kumamoto earthquake.
