Awaji Island's Seven Lucky Gods! Kakujuji Temple and Bishamonten

This is one of the Seven Lucky Gods Sacred Sites on Awaji Island. It enshrines Bishamonten, the god of wealth, prosperity, and courage. The temple is said to have been founded by imperial decree of Prince Shotoku, making it a historic site. It is said to be one of the oldest temples on Awaji Island.
