A classic Japanese resort hotel located in Keino Matsubara

I don't really want to tell you about it! I'll introduce you to a special hotel.

"Awaji Hamarikyu" is a modern Japanese resort hotel located in Keino Matsubara, a famous spot that is listed as one of the 100 best sunset spots in Japan.

It is about a 5-minute drive from Nishi Awajimihara Interchange on Awaji Island.

The special room on the top floor of this hotel is the most wonderful ♡

When you enter the room, the large window immediately catches your eye, and you can see the entire Keino Matsubara and the Awaji Sea from the room.

And on the terrace there is a large open-air bath like a pool!

Open-air bath rooms are not uncommon, but the bath in this room is actually hot spring water.

The water is amazing!
The water of Shiozaki Onsen is surprisingly viscous and makes your skin smooth.

And the sunset you can watch while soaking in the bath is spectacular!

We had a kaiseki meal at the restaurant on the first floor, and the food made with Awaji Island's specialties was exquisite! The octopus in particular was soft and delicious.

After the meal, we went to the lounge.
Drinks in the lounge are free for guests, so I enjoyed a lot of Awaji onion shochu and whiskey.

I had so much fun that I wanted to stay for a week. It's a very popular inn, so you'll be lucky if you can get a reservation♪
